This is so incredible! I mean, putting the bias that this is my all-time favourite hero aside, just the technique on this! The blending is gorgeous on the brush strokes (especially on the contrast between her cape and jacket, I'm so jealous of that) and the detail on the city-scape! I can't even begin to describe that!
